This trusted member of our staff will confirm the date and time of your consultation, specify which documents you will need, and explain how to safely transmit them to our office. You will also finalize the preferred means of communication and confirm the information you will need to connect with Dr. Devlin.
Gather the necessary documents and send them to us as instructed. Your medical records, any necessary photos, and other information can be safely transmitted online for efficiency and privacy. For breast reduction patients, we will also need images of your insurance card and driver's license.
Together, you and Dr. Devlin can begin discussing your reasons for wishing to undergo plastic surgery, the enhancements you want to achieve, and your candidacy for cosmetic surgery.
